Bad Experience. Don't work here - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso Black Spectacles

I'm one of the very few returning employees. I worked Full-Time -> Part time Contract -> then Full-Time again. I decided to come back because I've seen growth from leadership. In my role, I have autonomy on how to best perform my job and my direct manager is fantastic. The team I work with every day is extremely talented and care about the work they put out, making this job very enjoyable. Work is remote, health insurance options are good. I was in the FTO to PTO moment and while I'll prefer FTO all my life, PTO is 3 weeks and "could be worse".

Constant priority changes can be tough, especially when we are unable to fulfill a goal because we need to focus on something else. Despite day to day challenges, I'm able to focus on my work.

* We don’t get a ton of face time, so when starting a new role here, it might take a bit longer to build relationships. That said, we’re intentional about staying connected through all-hands meetings, virtual happy hours, and holiday celebrations that help keep our culture strong and inclusive.
