When I first started everything was pretty smooth, but over the past 2 years things have just gotten worse. You’re made to train on all these schools that you sometimes don’t even take. You don’t really get paid for training because you’re doing it on your time. I think the worst part about this job is the KB system and ticketing. You have to be very precise about everything. It gets extremely overwhelming because you have to do these tickets UNDER 3 MINUTES! Read the KB, follow it TO THE T, and expected not to make any mistakes. If you make mistakes, or don’t follow the KB (knowledge base) you’ll get emailed by 3-4 different people telling you what you did wrong. Half the time the KB doesn’t have the proper information. We are told me rely on this information solely and it’s not even right all the time. The management and communication sucks! The upper management (some) are very rude and unprofessional. You get feedback on every call you take and it’s nothing positive basically telling you the little things you missed and how you should know how to do you job.
