Not a great sales culture. Hired too quick without any strategy or vision. Leadership are a boys club who have been there for 8+ Years and get promoted every year regardless of performance whilst account executives doing well whilst performing account execs have zero progression. Most top performers have left for better things. (Reach out to any ex employee on LinkedIn to see for yourself) all the good people have left. The boys club remains.

Promotion criteria are not always clearly tied to demonstrated results. Advancement can favor visibility and polished self-presentation over consistent execution and delivery, which undermines confidence in the organization’s meritocracy. Confidentiality of employee surveys is not always perceived as reliable. When feedback appears traceable to individuals, it discourages candid input and limits the effectiveness of these channels.
