Salaries & bonus are rubbish and below industry average as blackrock rely on their dubious reputation to attract eager talent Management only cares about sales, not service - consequently service / relationship management is not respected or remunerated Dated platform & technology - fragmented infrastructure is slow and cumbersome Cultural issues remain despite BGI 'unification' years ago Long hours with little appreciation Little bonus but thank you for your contribution for the Firm
