Vantaggi
Good benefits. Some really great colleagues.
Svantaggi
Just dont. Charleston is awesome but you wont get to enjoy it if you are going to survive there more than 2-3 years. Long days, late nights, weekend work. In 13 years I had 22 managers, 9 random role/title changes, constant "horse trading" across teams, meaning you could have a job you love one week moved or consolidated into a team/job you hate the next. Management is the perfect example of the Dunning-Krueger effect (hence the 22 managers). After leaving I was diagnosed with work related PTSD and work addiction (didn't even know this was a thing). Take the job if you want to slingshot/ladder rung to the next step in your career at another employer. DO NOT buy into "we work with nonprofit and try to make the world a better place!" BS because you will work with a client with a mission you love one week then for an client/organization you find morally reprehensible the next (think a foodbank one week then a Political Action group you find terrible the next).
