Save for one, practically mute, gentleman, the leadership team is incredibly manipulative, often unprofessional, and overall incompetent. It is abundantly clear that leadership doesn’t care about staff or their quality of life which is frequently exhibited any time compensation is discussed. Free beer, disingenuous compliments and awkward parties at the “president’s” house aren’t going to help pay your bills.
