1. Low salary & Poor Hike ratio compared to the market standards. 2. Unskilled managers who just screw associates rather then improving the process 3. Targets are very high and intentionally made to cut down the Hikes 4. Unskilled HR who's just a puppet and don't even have basic knowledge. 5. Terms and conditions are extremely worst (No WFH even for worst situations, PF scam, shift allowance scam and lot of scams will happen) 6. Fake promises for internal movements 7.Full of politics
