Low booking rate, zero tolerance for missing a class. No tolerance for out of control events such as stomach virus, power outage, etc. They have some sort of TICO score that is very vague and abstract, that they alway holding over your head but no one ever tells you what your score is and how to improve it. I had perfect attendance and I was a high preformance teacher, yet my TICO score was unattainable.
