Typically if you're not part of this clique and if you don't agree with some decisions and you say it a bit too loud be ready to pack your stuff. Brand partners (just mere salesmen) are still babies having just finished school act like they run the company. Even though it's a (4 years old) startup so instability is quite normal, firing off so many people in so many offices throughout the world at the same time even if they were competent and been here for a long time says a lot about how a company treat its members.
