Awful Leadership, no accountability - Recensione dipendente - Territory Account Executive presso Block

The field sales org is ran by people from DD that don’t know anything about credit card processing or selling a complex Saas solution. My DM could not read a credit card statement and missed multiple meetings. I had 3 different managers in 6 months. I didn’t have a 1:1 in October through December. The organization took a huge pivot and expect AE’s to push bad loans on customers to make profit.
