Pay is decent and good benefits

Very toxic environment within the sales org, lot of reps cheating the system and HR allowing it. Little operational support and moving goal posts make it difficult to hit quota. Most reps churn within a year as 10% hit the quota. Leadership is a mess hiring the head of sales friends rather than best candidates. Most of leadership is old BDRs that never sold the product

A lot of older technology and obsolete frameworks. Having to develop with ember made me feel like my relevant skills were atrophying.
