Customer service growth and experience were definite pros of the job. Bonds between coworkers were very apparent.

Svantaggi

The environment was not up to professional standards as some clients were very rude and sometimes felt like I was being harassed. Was expected to work odd hours and deal with situations that wasn't discussed in initial interview.
