1. Layoffs across the board, low morale, people fleeing the sinking ship 2. It has effectively gone from a crypto lending firm to a crypto credit card firm 3. Assets have gone down by a lot as customers have pulled out due to low interest rates 4. Inexperienced managers due to fast growth led to some very bad decision making, led to a lot of fires/ mistakes 5. Very bad press due to SEC & other lawsuits
