Good pay, freedom to explore different ideas, flexible work schedule and work location, honest hard working team, really awesome type of project: investigation software with blockchain makes it very interesting.

Startup environment, could use better structure, everyone learning at the same time can be confusing.

Nothing that I have in mind

This company has a highly unstable and toxic work environment. Employees are terminated on very short notice, and working hours are frequently reduced without proper communication or justification. There is no sense of job security. Management constantly changes priorities, often without any clear direction, which creates confusion and unnecessary pressure. It feels like leadership doesn’t have a clear plan or understanding of what they’re doing. Work is regularly misaligned and assigned to inexperienced individuals, affecting both productivity and team morale. There is no appreciation or recognition for employees—no matter how well you perform. On top of that, salaries are not paid on time, which is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Management seems more focused on personal growth and hierarchy climbing rather than supporting employees or building a healthy workplace. Overall, it’s a poorly managed organization with no respect for employee well-being. I would not recommend working here.
