I've been given a reasonable amount of autonomy in my role. The team environment is great. My colleagues are supportive, respectful, and genuinely great to work with. It's a positive culture that makes coming to work every day a pleasant experience.

My experience working with Blocksi is positive. The company offers a stable salary with on-time payments and additional vacation days. There are also perks like longer lunch, daily snacks and Friday pizzas. We enjoy a certain degree of autonomy in managing our work, as well as access to extra courses on platforms like Udemy upon request.

More flexibility for hybrid work would be welcome.
