In reality, teams are forced to join the fun friday calls & the company rarely pays for off-sites - The 'start-up' concept is not clear. Employees are expected to work passionately to grow this said 'start-up' but in fact, the management runs it like a bhelpuri stand. - Promotions are based solely on how much you grovel before the founder and not on your progress.
