      Pretty typical small agency cons - can feel a little disorganized at times - sometimes there's a lack of consistent processes, but this is being worked on - future potential for growth as the company grows over the next few years. Not so much currently available

There is a collaborative spirit across sales and creative teams. My successes are always recognized, no matter big or small. Working here is very fast-paced with new challenges. A Work / Life Balance is encouraged and supported.

      GREAT people. Lower-tier team is so kind and fun. They also seem to want to promote people which is nice.

      Work-life balance is absolutely nonexistent. Expect to work 55+ hours a week regardless of your level. There’s no flexibility in work hours. The pay is severely below the market average. There’s also no parking.
