Bad work-life balance. Saw a lot of layoffs among people working for over 10 years and that uncertainty looms like dark clouds over a majority of co-workers as they approach the 10 year mark. That is probably responsible for a lot of negativity within co-workers. This lowers the morale among the new employees and dampens the overall work spirit.
