You can only go to sales after 2 years and it's not guaranteed. - Your skills are not useful outside the company, zero mobility - High micro managing level, you are monitored for every single metric - Obvious biasedness, opportunities always go to the same few people - Rigid schedule. Your lunch time and breaks and decided for you, you get no say. Very strict 1h lunch time.
