Unless you are a selective few, the pay is dismissal. You're fighting at review time for increases of pennies. The gaslighting on this subject is strong. In a company slack channel, a healthy discussion around 4 day work weeks and sharing recent data was shut down by guilt and gaslighting and being told to stop looking inward and focus on our customers, by someone who has a salary of 400-500k.
