Frustrating - Recensione dipendente - Fulfillment Associate presso Blue Apron

There are to many fresh out of high school kids causing major drama...our pay should be higher especially for associate who have been there from the start. We as associates should be provided with warmer cool gear those little thin jacket and one heat keeper shirt doesnt do the trick to work in a freezer for 8 to 10 hours a day!! And please retrain your hr personnel ..it makes no sense that the give assoicates answers such as i dont know .... Last but not least stop just giving people higher positions without proper training!!!! Thats going to cost the business in all aspects!!
