Unfortunately, the front-line operations teams lack direction and a real vision that can be successful. The leadership structure is not set up for success that can be sustained. Quite a few managers in positions that they do not qualify for, at least not at this point in their career path. The leaderships vision is week to week no long-term planning initiatives. Your opinion will not matter as the operations leadership team tend to think they know it all. Even though their weekly decisions cost the company an abundance of loss revenue. Go figure.
