As a smaller, boutique-style agency, you often collaborate directly with large clients which offers solid experience for those wanting to advance in the industry quickly.

There really aren't any major cons to Blue Bear, though experience working on multiple clients is a big plus because at times you have to juggle many projects at once. The fast-paced nature can be challenging at times, but it's very rewarding.
