God, where to start-- the pay is totally unfeasible. Keep in mind, when your year is up, you've got to find employment. It's impossible to save up money in this position. The company has lost 6 or 7 HQ employees in the last few months, which is an extremely bad sign. The Site Directors have totally wonky priorities and can't decide whether we are supposed to kow tow to the lead teachers at all times or whether we are supposed to "speak our truth." The facilities at the schools are abysmal: lack of supplies, gross bathrooms, unbearable heat four months out of the year. The work load is fairly insane, and there's a total lack of respect from administration and lead teachers alike. What a mistake.
