Benefits with the organization are some of the best I've seen, good PTO and great healthcare coverage. Work/Life balance is feasible at this organization as it's a very 9to5 type of environment.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews on here, they are all coming from the Baltimore office at the request of the HR . There has been a shift in the priorities of the HR department and covering for a unqualified leadership team is priority #1. The leadership team at this company needs a complete overhaul. They are a bunch of children that would rather throw each other and their employees under the bus than take ownership of their own mistakes. BHI is a great example of promoting individuals who conned their way into a leadership position without having any leadership skills. One day you are a beloved employee and the next day you are on the chopping block. It's definitely mentally taxing to be apart of this company.
