Hybrid working arrangement was the only positive.

Bad training, lack of support, very negative working environment. Massive turn over of staff but no desire to fix this unfortunately. Staff won’t stay if they don’t feel valued or supported . Lots of products training is given but then your on your own and expected to know it all and no support available if needed. Team leads never available.
