      Incredibly inclusive environment, where friends come together, to do intelligent / creative / leading work that helps clients and push their marketing forward. You've never worked with a group of people who care as much about each other.

      It's really hard work. BLUE (now Possible) works with clients and partners around the world, so be prepared for long hours and different cultures. The rewards in terms of respect, energy and compensation are worth it though.

      This is an exciting place to work. Good place to learn and grow. Stressful, but fun too. Has gone though changes though.

      Takes some time to get used to the process which is sometimes not optimal or efficient. Travel and other opportunities are limited.
