The professional staff are responsible for the majority of the workload, and recognition often depends on their relationship with their manager. It's no wonder that employee turnover is high, and you see many inactive profiles throughout the company. The company lures people with a little bit higher wages than the market, but then claim their souls. The primary goal of directors and mid-level managers seems to be satisfying the founder, JB, with inflated numbers rather than delivering quality work. It's unbelievable how a team can supposedly increase innovations by ~30% within a few weeks, right after the founder asked for more innovations.
