Cultish atmosphere. Not A True 1099 Role. No Commercial. No Government. No Non-Profit. No Battery Option. Minimal training (if you can even call it that). It is an unpaid, full time role, with the POSSIBILITY of EVENTUALLY making a great income stream (there ARE people making great money at BR, but be prepared for burnout). Btw, most competitors pay double what they do. Multiple mandatory office meetings lasting two hours or more EVERY week. (I thought this was a 1099 role?) Customer proposals are misleading. The smart, savvy consumer will notice this right away. In fact, I was encouraged to avoid those types of people because you’ve already lost the sale. 🤔 Cash purchases not encouraged. Not for somebody looking for a part-time position or looking to grow a strong, solid brand slowly. Again, this is not a true 1099 role. You WILL be asked (told) to knock on doors everyday. The answer to all questions is to do more door knocking. There is NO other way to grow a business apparently. If you’re coming from the b2b world, be prepared. There is no time to develop trust and credibility allowed. Your input or how you did things in your last role is irrelevant. You can be let go at any time for any reason. ‘Cut em dry!’ I fully expect to see the typical, vague, canned response from management below and a bunch of management leaving 5-star reviews above. But this is the truth. Now go out and knock on some doors!
