Fast work pace, clear direction, collaborative environment

Small atmosphere, limited but growing resources

The employees and management team are incredible and great to work with except the CFO. The employees all get along. The HR department is very approachable and is always looking out for the employees best interest. Benefits and pay are competitive with the rest of the industry but 401k should be match every paycheck instead of once a year.

The CFO (current Co-CEO) is power hungry and only looks out for himself. He lies, cannot be trusted and always has his own agenda. He is very difficult to work for and sets very unrealistic deadlines and doesn't believe in work life balance.
