Vantaggi
Receive a lot of paid training and opportunities to be involved in community functions/networking events related to property management. Home Office does a good job of being included with what's going on with property functions and offering support when needed. I've never felt like I couldn't reach out to someone for help. Annual employee appreciation functions. Great health benefits and opportunities for monthly/quarterly bonuses. Great Regional managers when you need them. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
Svantaggi
"Home Office" seems out of touch with the fairness of onsite property employees. Their office hours are different (they close earlier than the properties and also aren't open on weekends). They also benefit from being closed on all federal holidays, where all properties are forced to work, with the exception of New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Upper onsite management needs more supervision, there is a lot of "do as I say, not as I do" mentality, which leaves the other employees stressed and with more responsibilities than what is in their job description or are being paid to do.
