Blue Sea Systems is decent place to work with generally very nice people and management. It only takes about a week or two to get the hang of things.

Extremely repetitive tasks and breaks are very tightly controlled which can feel very dehumanizing and unnecessary.

Making a product with your hands that's enjoyed by millions is a kind of satisfaction you don't get everywhere. Good place for hard work.

The stress on your body is tough, my own body was wrecked for the first four months. It's loud, hot, humid, and everybody has a very strong personality
