We are able to work fully remote and schedules are flexible to accommodate picking up kids from school, kids sports, etc. In addition, the commission structure is fantastic. If you produce, you can truly make a great living here. The company treats candidates well and helps them even if they can't be placed. That is something many recruiting firms can't say. Overall, great work culture and stellar organization.

Blue Signal has a lot more steps than most recruiting firms. In the beginning, it can be a little overwhelming. After you get everything down, you realize the little bit of extra time helps to make stellar placements.
