The pros where it was an enjoyable job doing something I loved , teaching sales guy and customers about the new Samsung TVs and Other equipment. the staff I worked with where great and we became a little long distance family including the management. I felt proud to be in the job and wear the Everton Blue shirt, and promote a brand that I truly felt was the best of the best.

Ever since I started they messed up every pay apart from 1 for nearly 12 months and I began to loose trust. All staff where promised a new contract in January and it was still not renewed by March, It was extended till twice by a few months but not a year so you could not plan your life in advance. I was told I was getting a promotion and it never happened but yet I continued to try and earn it for months working as hard as possible. The best is they sacked nearly 200 hundred staff including managers with only a weeks notice including the top performing ISDE's ( Myself included ) and best managers in the Ireland and UK. After getting a weeks notice we received a letter in the post saying congratulations on completing your Campaign and demanding there Phones and Tablets back before last pay and also that they where taking a fews days back in pay for holidays that you where told to take or you lose them from last year. Basically sounds great and they seem to love you and say your doing a great job and then for no reason or explanation they let you with no thanks or gratitude, that's why I wrote heartless as my review title hopefully that makes sense now.

Dear Former employee, Thank you for your note, we are sorry to hear that this has been your experience and based on the content, we believe that your former Head of has been in contact in order to clarify some of the points that you have raised and offer support. We can understand your frustration and confusion in relation to the contract length as we were, until the final point when it was confirmed the original fixed term contracts would not be extended, working towards some form of extension. - Got to experience the latest Samsung technology, even issued with tech to use for yourself and show off to customers - Fun training events, at their expense, put up overnight in hotel. - Great benefits and sales commission. Generous time off when you need it. - Room to grow within the company, if desired. But they are also flexible with your own career plans and other commitments.

Svantaggi

- Sales Targets were sometimes a little unattainable, sometimes ridiculous depending on what store you were based in. - You could end up under a bad manager, but luckily this isn't something I experienced personally in my area.

We aim to offer a benefits package which suits everyone, whilst the events we execute for brands such as Samsung are always designed to be both informative and engaging. It's great that you have highlighted that these things were part of your experience. In terms of sales targets and KPIs, these are built with detailed analytics tools in order set them in the most accurate way possible. Occasionally contributing factors outside of our immediate control can have an impact on the targets.
