The owner organizes great social events and company functions and has monthly activities organized by a chair in each of the offices. The office environment is casual and collaborative and management listens and accommodates employees.

Middle management is arrogant and lacks life experience. I replaced someone who wasn't up to the task and often time felt the sins of my predecessor were being applied to me by one manager in particular.
