Appointments are preset at anytime day or time and if you do not go to your preset appointment then you are docked roughly $300 for any commissions you have earned. Will send you to appointments that )are typically 50 to 100 miles or more from home (one way!) Will try to terminate you at the end of the season so they do not have to pay you the end of the season bonus. Do not provide good sound appointments, are not pre qualifying as they state they are. The are only pre qualifying credit, not customer desire to spend $10,000 or more on an above ground pool. They use bait and switch tactics but attempt to get around it by stating that you are to attempt to sell the teaser pool at $395. Claim you are a contract worker but yet they tell you where to be and when at your expense.
