Salary non-payment appears to be a pattern, not an isolated case. During my time here, multiple developers faced delayed salaries, followed by termination before payment.
Observed repeated behavior: I personally witnessed 4 developers being terminated within ~40–50 days while I was working there under similar circumstances. I was also told by others that several developers before me experienced the same issue.
Delay tactics: Salary payments were repeatedly delayed with excuses. When employees followed up persistently, issues were suddenly created and they were terminated.
False assurances: After termination, employees were told they would receive “full and final settlement” after waiting for a month — but payments never arrived and communication stopped.
Extreme work hours: Developers were expected to work 12+ hours daily, sometimes all 7 days a week, without compensation or boundaries.
No fixed work schedule: Daily start time depended on management’s availability. Meetings were called early morning (7–8 AM) without notice, and everyone was expected to comply.
Unprofessional behavior: Frequent yelling, interrupting mid-conversation, dismissing feedback, and disrespectful communication were common.
Unstable infrastructure decisions: Cloud services and accounts were frequently changed, allegedly due to unpaid bills, causing disruption and stress for the team.
Fear-based management: Repeated claims of strong political connections and statements meant to intimidate employees created an unhealthy and unsafe work environment.
Trust issues: Employees were often blamed or accused without evidence, creating constant tension.
