      Flexible, understanding, and well-rounded senior leadership. They understand that we're all human and sometimes, life happens. Very adaptive to the ever-evolving tech world and lifestyle. The new headquarter building in Noblesville is sure to make front-page more than once during it's infancy. Brilliant staff of project managers, architects, and developers/implementation folks.

      General ebb and flow of business in the industry. Not necessarily a con but can be construed as one. Nevertheless, they prep and right-size accordingly.

      The company has been growing, but still has a fairly flat organizational structure. That can be good and bad, depending on your preferences and goals. I will state, however, that BlueSky strives to promote from within and place its employees on desired career paths, but advancement into management roles over the near term could be viewed as being somewhat limited.
