BlueSky has always leased space for our offices. We have encountered an office move, as well as some lease holder improvements, geared towards addressing operating efficiency over the last couple of years. These exciting developments are necessary to support the continued growth of the business. Additionally, we pride ourselves on bi-annual reviews, which includes career-path objective setting, and performance reviews coupled with annual salary increases.
