Very dishonest with people Zero appreciation for employees The pay is well below other companies This comes from the ceo down to the leadership team. They are trying to fake it until they make it. The COO is very off putting as well.

- ability to help families and children - coworkers who care - Trumpet Behavioral Health team that was acquired are mostly good people

Svantaggi

- owned by KKR private equity firm that values profit over people - gaslighting - racism - micromanagement - toxic executive management (the scheduling department leadership is the most out of touch people I have ever had the misfortune of working for) - will fire you if you speak up - HR does nothing to solve problems - closing centers with no notice due to poor company leadership - many longterm executives have quit due to the toxic company management
