Vantaggi

There seems to be an Open door policy for anyone and everyone at BlueSprig. There is no “wrong” door in terms of who to go to with questions and there is no “wrong” door in terms of who to go to with ideas. It’s truly collaborative and inspiring.

Svantaggi

The lack of knowledge and/or stigma around ABA can make recruitment a little tough. But that just means they’ll work harder to set the standard for excellence in ABA treatment, education, and community outreach.

Vantaggi

The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

Svantaggi

This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
