It is a fresh perspective from the companies of the world and I am so thankful that I found a place to call home. Things move fast, positions change quickly, and sometimes it may feel like we are still catching up from the last change. This happens in a company this size, with this many new changes, and with the aspirations of the leadership crew. Communication can also occasionally break down as a result of the constant changes in staffing and roles, but effort is being applied to help remediate that process.
