      Great training department that provides high quality professional development and CEUs. Dr. Cameron is such an asset and is leading the efforts to build an effective, quality clinical program!

      High turnover and poor work life balance make it difficult to work here. Decisions are made top down with little input from clinical staff. Agency is constantly in a state of change.

      Thank you for your work to help us change the world for children with autism! Ensuring the highest level of ethical standards is extremely important to us and we appreciate you being a part of maintaining those high standards! Many companies had to take drastic measures for the financial health of their company during COVID, so we made small adjustments. We are working on plans to bring back our 401K match soon. We also frequently gather market data to ensure that we are competitive in the field as it relates to pay.       The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

      This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
