      Because they are growing so fast there are a lot of deficits in processes and management that negatively impact work culture and employee satisfaction.

      - ability to help families and children - coworkers who care - Trumpet Behavioral Health team that was acquired are mostly good people

      Svantaggi

      - owned by KKR private equity firm that values profit over people - gaslighting - racism - micromanagement - toxic executive management (the scheduling department leadership is the most out of touch people I have ever had the misfortune of working for) - will fire you if you speak up - HR does nothing to solve problems - closing centers with no notice due to poor company leadership - many longterm executives have quit due to the toxic company management
