I was a long time employee from the original days as ADC, then TE then Bluestream. A lot of people stayed with the company through all of these transitions and it truly felt like a family. The employees were taken care of and received small tokens of appreciation or kudos for job well done.

Bluestream is privately owned by KGP Logistics. It seems the only thing that matters is the money. Employees are not treated well and no one I know received a raise or COL increase in over 3 years. All bonus plans were also terminated.

I genuinely enjoy working at Blue Stream. Management and owners are supportive and great to work with. Pay is amazing Employees are like family and the training programs are helpful and fun.
