The company is starting to grow very fast. This opens up doors for advancement and hopefully means nice bonuses if the company does well. You can go to upper management with almost anything. Doesn't mean they'll always take your advice or respond, but they do listen, which is nice. Certain stores create a great teamwork environment and you find yourself becoming friends with your small team. The company is very corporate and professional. At the store level, you won't feel like you're on your own running a broken down car wash working with day workers from craigslist. Everyone is professional, wears a uniform, and upper management/corporate will always have your back with any problems at the store. Just don't be afraid to speak up.

Even though the company is growing, it comes with some growing pains. I'm sure they're going to work themselves out, but there can be moments of miscommunication, or oversight on behalf of management. You often have to be proactive when trying to get a final answer on some new protocol or directive. Some stores have a bad apple employee/manager, and that can create a poisonous atmosphere for the rest of the team. My advice is to ask for a transfer, or bring it up with management. Thankfully some employees get so bad that management notices and will finally fire them.
