- Really excellent benefits and good work/life balance - Smart, passionate co-workers - Beautiful HQ space

- Bluebeam has been undergoing an intentional culture shift and it's not going well. CEO is prone to bringing in the latest fad gurus who have very questionable messages. - There is very little trust or psychological safety. People are scared to speak up, and rightfully so. - Leadership is quick to hire, change their mind on strategy and then layoff with little thought of the consequences to the employees. - Constant turmoil in engineering which is having serious impacts in the ability to ship new products - As many have commented, Bluebeam was once a wonderful culture and place to work. Those days are long gone.

Work remote. Team members are personable and easy to get along with.

Absolute lack of empathy from leadership. Little to 0 time for personal growth projects. 6 hours of nonstop calls daily. Inept customers that cannot enter their email address correctly and somehow turn that on you. Product that constantly changes without proper testing, leading to more unhappy customers and support tickets. Accrued PTO is the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. Worst job I have ever had in my entire life.
