This tool is cumbersome and inefficient, significantly hampering productivity and increasing frustration. Poor Phone System: The phone system is the worst I have ever encountered. It is unreliable, prone to frequent issues, and adds unnecessary stress to an already challenging job. Ignoring ITIL Processes: There is no indication that the company wants to adhere to or utilize ITIL processes. This lack of standardization leads to chaos and inefficiencies in handling IT services and support. False Promises: The management is full of fake promises. Despite assurances of improvements and changes, nothing ever materializes, leaving employees feeling deceived and disillusioned.
