No matter how hard you work, your salary may remain largely unchanged. Your compensation and benefits may not scale with the company’s growth, even as its profits rise dramatically. If you are planning to become a professional in this niche field, make sure in advance that your expertise will be properly valued and compensated. If you are already experienced in the field, consider other options carefully before applying.
