Customer service job, so expect dealing with unruly public. The worst aspect is the management, they are either incompetent, short sighted or just immature as when it comes to career growth, they would rather promote people who are new and suck up to them rather than an experienced technician who doesn't follow them on facebook. Current management acts just like the popular kids in high school so if you plan on being here for longer than a year, be prepared to get in close with those in management. You can be the best technician they've had in years and they still won't treat you with the respect you deserve.
